Laspy is a pythonic interface for reading/modifying/creating .LAS LIDAR

LAS (and its compressed counterpart LAZ), is a popular format for lidar

pointcloud and full waveform, laspy reads and writes these formats and

|
provides a Python API via Numpy Arrays.
